TREASURED TRESTLE PRODUCTS
An Historical Icon Lives On...
Nestled amongst the rolling hills of Western New York is the beautiful Letchworth State Park. Visitors, upon entering, will soon find a beauteous vast and deep canyon appearing before their eyes. Also known as the 'Grand Canyon of the East', the majestic Genesee River flows through, providing ultimate scenic views.
At the southern end of the park, a mighty iron bridge was built in 1875. It spanned the river for almost 143 years, and was indeed a special sight for all who saw the iconic trestle. But as with many things, the end of it's service had come for 'Old Shaky.'
I do believe most everyone with ties to our beautiful Letchworth State Park followed local news anchor John Kucko's documentation of the building of the new Genesee Arch Bridge, and thus the demise of the historic 1875 Trestle.
Inspired by John's passion, and over a year of hard, non-stop work, we are thrilled & humbled to bring you the opportunity to hold your own piece of history, a piece of the beloved Treasured Trestle!
